The burglar alarm system comes fully programmed, eliminating the need for any additional setup. Upon receiving the product, simply open each sensor (excluding the remote control) and pull out the small paper tab near the battery to power on the unit. The PIR sensor and door/window sensors can then be installed in the areas requiring protection. The siren horn is powered by a 110V to 220V AC adapter, which can be plugged into an outlet. Once connected, the siren will emit a beep, and the remote key fob can be used to arm or disarm the system, with the alarm horn providing a corresponding beep to indicate the system's status (armed or disarmed).

When the system is armed, any disturbance, such as a door opening or motion detection, will trigger the siren to sound at up to 115dB, deterring intruders and alerting you or your neighbors of a possible break-in. The normal operating distance between the sensors and the horn (host) is approximately 328 feet (100 meters) in an open area, but this distance may be reduced by obstacles.

If false alarms occur, the user can first restore the system to its factory settings and then follow the operation guide to re-setup the sensors. Alternatively, the batteries in the sensors can be replaced. It's important to note that the siren host does not have a flashing feature, and the alarm duration and volume cannot be adjusted. When a sensor is triggered, the siren will sound immediately, and if left unattended, it will continue for around 2 minutes before stopping, with the system remaining armed.

For a louder alarm system, users can add more black horns compatible with the same wireless sensors. Additionally, the system can be expanded to include other KERUI brand live sound alarm hosts or smart app-controlled alarm hosts, allowing for a customized home security solution.

The black siren host H01 supports up to 30 wireless sensors, 8 remote controls, and 10 wireless doorbell buttons. The same set of sensors can work with various KERUI alarm hosts, and live sound standalone alarm systems can be compatible with smart app-controlled alarm hosts, creating a comprehensive smart home security system. Features such as a WiFi smart plug, 720P WiFi camera with two-way audio, and real-time monitoring can be added as needed.
